Clinic Services

At the Good Neighbor House, fostering good community health is a priority! Thanks to the support of many local organizations, including the Kettering Medical Center Network, we are able to offer medical, dental and vision services.

Our patients typically have a modest income and either can't afford or aren't offered medical insurance benefits through their employers. These individuals and families function with limited resources yet do not qualify for public assistance. GNH is able to offer quality medical, dental and vision services to these community neighbors.

In the past year we were able to assist over 1200 patients in our clinic.

TO BE ELIGIBLE:

  • Be a resident of Ohio.
  • Be currently employed.
  • Not be a recipient of any public assistance programs such as Medicaid or Medicare.
  • Meet the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
  • Present proof of income for the past 2 months.
  • Present photo ID and social security cards for all family members.
